MES for additive manufacturing bureaus

Every part,
accounted for.

adMES is the manufacturing execution system built for additive bureaus. Your printer software tracks the build through the machine. adMES tracks the part through the business — order in, allocated to a build, printed, post-processed, packed, on the delivery note.

In private beta. Expect the odd rough edge while we harden it — and, as a founder member, a real say in what we build next.

Where parts stray

Your printer software tracks the build. Nothing tracks the part.

Where your parts live today

A typical 30-printer bureau juggles five processes, eleven materials and forty customers. The machines work. The systemdoesn’t.

adMES — one part ID, from the order to the delivery notev 2.4
01 / Product

One ID. Five stations.
From order in to part out.

Every part gets a single identity the moment it enters your bureau, and keeps it through every stage, every build, every delivery note. That’s the whole product, in one sentence.

Built around the way real bureaus actually run.

Six modules, one schema. They share a part ID and a customer record, so the floor never argues about which number is correct.

Whatever you print, on whatever you print it.

adMES is process-agnostic. It doesn’t care which logo is on the front of your printers — set up your machines, materials and pipeline stages to match your floor, whatever you run.

05 / Questions

Asked in the first ten minutes.

The questions every bureau puts to us on the first call, answered before you have to ask them.

Q · 01
Do we have to connect our printers?
No. adMES sits above whatever you run — three brands and three toolchains if that is what you have. Nothing is connected today and nothing needs to be for the part to be tracked. Reading build data straight off the printers is something we want to do, and it is not built yet.
Q · 02
So how do the orders get in?
On a spreadsheet. Download the template, fill it from wherever your orders already live, and upload it — one file creates the customers, the orders and every part on them. That is one upload per batch of orders, not a one-off at setup. You can add an order by hand instead. After that nobody types much: a part moves when the person doing the work marks the stage done.
Q · 03
Is this live anywhere?
The app is built and running, and we can walk you through the whole thing on a call with your own data in it. What it does not have yet is other bureaus on it — adMES is in private beta, and a founder member would be among the first. It was built for a working bureau rather than from a spec, which is why it is shaped around the part rather than the order.
Q · 04
Can we trial it?
Yes — 30 days on your own floor, with your own orders in it and nothing to pay during them. We set it up first: your printers, your process stages, your delivery note, and your real orders loaded. That is usually under a week once your order spreadsheet reaches us. The 30 days run from go-live rather than from signing, so none of them go on setup. Carry on, and the implementation fee is invoiced on day 31. Decide against it and we stop there: you take your data, we delete ours. Send us that spreadsheet before the demo and we will load it first, so you are looking at your own parts rather than a demo dataset.
Q · 05
Where does it run?
Hosted by us on Railway, with your own private workspace inside adMES. Your data is isolated at the database level, not just hidden in the interface. Postgres for the data, Supabase storage for part images, Clerk for sign-in.
Q · 06
Does it work at our size?
Pricing scales with weekly part volume — the implementation and the subscription flex, the app is the same. It is shaped for bureaus running roughly 15 to 50 printers, across as many processes and materials as you like.
Q · 07
What if we outgrow you?
You own your data. Customers, orders and parts export to CSV whenever you want, and we will hand over the rest on request. If you bring it in-house we will help you migrate — we would rather lose a customer well than badly.
