Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
adMES is a product operated by Fuselab Ltd. This policy covers the adMES website at admes.io. Personal data processed inside the adMES application on behalf of a customer is governed by the agreement between Fuselab Ltd and that customer, not by this policy.
How we handle your data
Fuselab Ltd (“Fuselab”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to the adMES website at admes.io and any contact you have with us through it.
We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Fuselab Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in Surrey, UK. You can contact us about data protection matters at hello@fuselab.co.uk.
What data we collect
We only collect data you give us directly. When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your company name (if provided)
- Your email address
- The number of printers you run (if provided)
- The message you send us
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not run analytics scripts. We do not collect any data passively from visitors to this website.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interests — specifically, the mutual interest of both parties in discussing a potential working relationship.
We will not add you to a marketing list, pass your details to third parties, or contact you for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry without your permission.
How we store it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email provider. Resend processes data in accordance with the UK GDPR. The email is then stored in our standard business email system.
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months. If no working relationship results from an enquiry, we delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to our processing of your data
- Ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fuselab.co.uk. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Third-party services
Our website is served by our hosting provider, which may log standard server access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operational purposes. This is standard infrastructure behaviour. Typefaces are self-hosted with the site, so no third-party font requests are made from your browser.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. We will not make material changes without updating that date.
